Nice park. Multiple trails for walking and hiking. Quite surroundings, nice place for walking the dog.
Fantastic park. Great walking and biking trails. They have a spot to bird watch. Great playground for all ages if kids. Pavilions for parties or picnics with grill. Bathrooms are always clean and really nice park rangers.
Off the Mount Holly Bypass, this park sports a great two-section playground, one catering to little tykes and the second for older kids. It also has many picnic tables (open to all), and covered pavilions and gazebos you can contact the County Parks people to reserve for a party. Finally, there are many relatively accessible long and short trails to walk... and there is, in fact, a "long bridge" over swampland that is interesting to travail. Lots of nice people come to the park, and our nephew and niece often find playmates there. A go-to location for us. Couple it with a visit to Sonic right up the road on 38, an you have a great outing.
Nice park! Great for walking with my dog. Lots of picnic tables and three pavilions. There are also grills and the playgrounds are very nice.
