Not helpful, rude and tried to charge triple the cost of a part.
Product was missing a part so Dave told I'd get a phone call when it came in. After some time, I called and spoke with Tony, Monte and and again Dave. No one knew what was going on and hours later I got a voicemail telling me I can call the MFR and order the part myself. Obviously not interested in doing future business.
