Worst car wash ever. Doesn't look any better then when I took it. Have to vacuum and wipe everything down. Didn't even get exterior clean..... work for huge transportation company and will never bring our vehicles there again........ horrible. I even tipped 20. So it cost me 50 bucks to have to redo it and they say sorry and that's it......
Took my car for "the deluxe" wash. Interior is as dirty as before. They didn't take out any mats, didn't wipe any of the back seat area. Total waste of money. This is a pretend car wash.
Have gone here several occasions and no issues at all. You get to watch your car go through the cleaning/washing tunnel with all of the club disco lights (LOL!). But it's straight forward other than that. The place is clean and depending on the time of day, the line/wait does fluctuate but usually no more than a 5 minute wait.
Went in a car wash and an oil change because I had a $20 coupon ($10 off each). While the coupon specifies synthetic oil, their standard oil change pricing don't state which is a synthetic package and what's a standard package, nor did the front desk mention it. So it was a bit of a shock to get a $70 bill an hour later, even with the discount.
The car looks great. They took extra time on areas I pointed out to them. Like getting tar off one of my door.
Overall, you just need to know what you're getting yourself into before you go.
That said, he did point me to the cheapest wash option and the car wash itself isn't too bad. The waiting room is fairly nice all things considered, with food and car accessories available.
