Very uncomfortable. Here's just a few things that are more satisfying than the service I got here: accidentally sticking the straw through the side of a Capri-sun, perforated edges that don't tear evenly, clamshell packaging, buffering at the climax of a suspenseful movie, throwing a wad of paper in the bin and missing, 1000 sneezes that never come, delayed automatic doors, low pressure water fountains, push-doors that look like pull-doors, texting with gloves on, dipping Oreos in water, spreading cold/hard butter on soft bread.
Just got reminded today on why I cancelled my membership. I arrived 20 minutes (4:40) before my scheduled massage, only to start 11 minutes (5:11) after my scheduled appointment and then to be asked to get dressed 10 minutes (5:50) before the hour ended. I've been robbed of 2-5 minutes on a few massages and didn't complain because I didn't want to make an issue of it, but 16 minutes is way too much. The massage felt great, but if I pay for the hour massage (50 minutes) then I should get that.
This place is absolutely wonderful. There was a miscommunication with the type of pressure I wanted last week, so the manager/owner(?), invited me for another massage with a different therapist. She paired me up with Michelle. From beginning til the end, she provided strong pressure. Her technique was amazing. Hands down, the best massage I ever had and I go A LOT! This branch goes above and beyond with customer satisfaction. Thank you!!!
By far the best massage and customer service, I had a hot stone massage with a peppermint scalp treatment, after I was done I wanted a facial and was not expecting to get one right away but they fit me right in with one. The front desk women were awesome they were very accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. Will definitely go back for my future appointments :) thanks for a great experience!
